Placing An Order
Our Embroidery Order Guidelines describe the process for a typical custom embroidery order. Please review the steps on these pages before placing an order.
Depending on customer approval, stitch count and quantity, orders are completed in 7-10 business days, if not sooner. Any due dates prior or past standard turn around times will depend on what is approved and agreed upon prior to production
Shipping & Handling
We use UPS Delivery Service. We can ship Standard Delivery, Two Day or Overnight. Packages cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
Occasionally, garments you choose may be out of stock. When this situation occurs, garments will be backordered for you. Your order will be partially shipped if possible. You will not be charged for backordered items until they are ready to by shipped. A representative will contact you with the status of your order.
Forms Of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted.
