Below is a list of Frequently Asked Questions and Answers about custom embroidery services with us.

How do you determine the cost of an order?

An embroidery order is quoted based upon estimated stitch count and quantity. We give a firm cost of your order in advance upon review of your design. Additional charges will apply for rush orders.

Do you stock designs for me to choose from?

We are a custom embroidery company and do not offer stock designs. We will digitize your logo or design or work with professionally digitized embroidery-ready files supplied by you. Fill out our quote request form online and a representative will contact you.

What file formats for my design or logo do you accept?

We accept pdf, jpeg bit-map, ai and esp files.

How can I send you my artwork?

Is there a charge to digitize my design?

The digitizing fee is a minimum of $40.00 and can go higher depending design.

Do you offer personalized embroidery?

Standard left chest names 1 to 2 lines $6.00, no greater than 5” width and under 5000 stitches. Any size larger or greater than 5” and 5000 stitches is priced accordingly stitch count.

When you digitize an embroidery design, who owns the digitized file?

Embroidery files are property of Jersey Fresh Embroidery with the specific use of only said customer who paid for the digitizing fee. If a customer request possession of the embroidery file, a purchase fee of the dst file will be charged per request.

Are design charges applied to every order?

No. Design charges are not applied for reorders if we have your embroidery-ready file, or if you supply us with an embroidery-ready design file on disk.

Will I see a stitchout or proof of my design?

For custom designs, a stitch out is created here and faxed for your review and approval. A stitch out can also be e-mailed to you in JPEG format. You may also visit our office to review your stitch out. If you require your stitch out to be mailed to you, a $10.00 charge per sample plus postage will be applied. Final approval or edits of sample stitchout must be relayed by email in order to proceed with production of your order.

How long will my order take to complete?

Depending on customer approval, stitch count and quantity, orders are completed in 7-10 business days, if not sooner. Any due dates prior or past standard turn around times will depend on what is approved and agreed upon prior to production.
